In today's society the need for a preblast/preconstruction survey is essential to companies conducting blasting, pile driving and/or heavy construction activities.
These surveys provide a dual purpose. First, the documentation of the interior and exterior existing conditions of the building familiarizes the owner with imperfections that usually go unnoticed under normal circumstances. This will minimize complaints as well as prevent damage claims and lawsuits.
