Wolsey Associates, LLC, an outgrowth of the Richard Wolsey Company, is an experienced group of professionals dedicated to providing complete property loss control consulting and monitoring services to the construction Industry.
Since our inception in 1960, we have assisted contractors, insurance companies and governmental authorities with coordination and execution of programs individually designed to evaluate risk exposures, document existing conditions, and monitor for compliance and control of projects involving blasting, pile driving, tunneling, etc.
Through participation in numerous building, mass transportation, highway, bridge and utility projects, we have developed an expertise in preblast/preconstruction surveys and vibration monitoring services which enables us to custom design and execute a coordinated loss control program that best suits the needs of our clientele.
